After working together for several years for a Civil Engineering & Land Surveying firm in Napanoch, NY, Al Mercurio, Bill Norton, and John Tarolli decided to venture out on their own. Mercurio - Norton - Tarolli, Land Surveying - Engineering was founded in 1982 in Pine Bush, New York and encompasses Orange, Sullivan and Ulster Counties.
Equipped with the latest robotic surveying equipment, Mercurio-Norton-Tarolli provides fast and accurate surveying services. Collectively with over 120 years of surveying experience, our four licensed land surveyors provide boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, FEMA flood elevation certificates, construction stakeout, legal descriptions, and as-built surveys.

Mercurio-Norton-Tarolli specializes in providing consulting and design services for commercial, residential, and industrial development from conceptual design and feasibility studies to site plans and subdivision maps.
